Bryan Willmer - Owner

Bryan Willmer was born in Chicago Heights in 1966. His Father was a carpenter for Chapman & Billstran, the company responsible for the development and construction of Frankfort Square, before eventually starting his own company, Traditional Builders.

After graduating high school, Bryan became a carpenter with the skills he had learned along the way in the family business. He worked for several different carpenter contractors before deciding to start his own company, Trimline Builders. Soon after he decided to cut his teeth in the drywall market and started hanging drywall. Bryan went to work for W & R Drywall focusing on drywall exclusively. A few years later the company was bought out by Viking Acoustical of Orland Park. Bryan worked in the field for them for several years before becoming general foreman.

In 1995 Bryan decided to start his next company and Commercial Construction Inc. (CCI) was born. CCI specializes in commercial and light industrial projects; acting not only as carpenter contractor, but also a general contractor. CCI has had the pleasure of employing 15-20 of the finest people and craftsmen around. The people and the dedication to a project done well and on time is what have made CCI a successful company. Most of CCI's projects are from repeat customers and word of mouth, which speaks volumes about the integrity and the passion that CCI has for their projects and the people that they work for.
